• Familiarity with Design tool is a plus
• Basic photography, video editing, or content writing skills are preferred.
• Final year or Fresh-graduated from a university, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Willing to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Interested in internal communications, event planning, corporate culture, and employee engagement.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about organizing activities for employees.
• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Mô tả công việc

• Internal Events & Employee Engagement
• Work with team on planning and organization of internal events and employee engagement activities, including team-building activities, birthday celebrations, and other internal initiatives.
• Assist in developing event ideas, preparing event materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth event execution.
• Collect employee feedback and support post-event evaluations to improve future activities.
• Corporate Culture & Internal Communications
• Support communication initiatives to promote O-Tech's core values & corporate culture.
• Create engaging internal communication content for company communication channels, including internal announcements, posters, and social media groups.
• Take photos, record videos, and create recap content for internal events and activities.
• Support other HR-related communication and employee engagement projects as assigned.
