Senior Copywriter Executive, Creative

• Experience: 3–4 years in copywriting, with strong experience in digital, social media, and social outreach campaigns.
• Creative Skills: Strong conceptual thinking and excellent Vietnamese copywriting across digital and social formats.
• Good chance to explore new trends in the digital market
• Creative Ideation: Develop digital-first and social-first concepts, campaigns, and social outreach ideas from client briefs.
• Copy Development: Turn strategy into compelling messaging, narratives, scripts, and content across platforms.
• Copy Execution: Stay hands-on in writing and crafting high-quality copy across social content, video scripts, KOL/creator briefs, and campaign materials.
• Collaboration: Partner with Art, Strategy, Account, and other teams to deliver integrated creative work.
• Innovation: Stay current with social culture, platform trends, creator/KOL content, and emerging tools, including AI.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Languages, or a related field.

• What You’ll Do
• Pitching & Presentation: Build and present creative ideas to internal teams and clients.
• Mentorship: Guide junior Copywriters/interns and help strengthen creative output.
• Soft Skills: Strong presentation, project management, multitasking, and good English communication skills.
• Digital/Social Expertise: Strong understanding of platforms, social content, creator/KOL communication, and community engagement.
• Mindset: Curious, strategic, proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
