Mô tả công việc Strategic Communications • Develop and execute international PR and communications strategies aligned with client business objectives. • Build compelling narratives and messaging frameworks for corporate, brand, executive, and thought leadership campaigns. Media Relations • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and contributors across international media outlets. • Develop media outreach strategies and secure earned media coverage in target publications. • Manage media inquiries, interviews, briefings, and press opportunities. • Monitor media trends and identify emerging opportunities for clients. Content Development • Lead the creation of press releases, bylined articles, executive commentaries, media pitches, Q&As, speeches, and communication materials. • Ensure all content meets international editorial standards and audience expectations. • Collaborate with clients to gather information and transform complex topics into compelling stories. Reporting & Measurement • Track media performance and campaign outcomes. • Analyze coverage quality, messaging impact, and business relevance. • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients. Direct reports: None Report to: Global PR/Communications Director Yêu cầu ứng viên ● Fluency in English (IELTS 7.5+) ● Bachelor degree level qualification in communications, marketing, business or related field ● 2+ years’ hands-on experience in content creation is preferred ● Good understanding and passion for marketing & communication. ● Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines ● Excellent attention to detail ● Experience working in an international environment is an advantage ● Understanding and confidence with using platforms such as (but not limited to) Canva, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, WordPress, GetResponse… - Understanding of and confidence in using AI as an assistant ● Able to deal with external and internal customers in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner. ● To be proactive in initiating and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders ● Demonstrate a growth-mindset ● A collaborative mindset to share, lead, and learn from colleagues Quyền lợi được hưởng - Salary : 15.000.000 đ/tháng + thưởng doanh thu - Làm việc từ 8h30 – 18h30 từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6. - Đóng BH full lương, Nghỉ phép năm 20 ngày - Review tăng lương 6 tháng/lần - Thưởng các ngày lễ, tết + lương tháng 13 - Được tham gia các khóa đào tạo nâng cao về chuyên môn nghiệp vụ; - Cơ hội thăng tiến và phát triển chuyên môn - Môi trường trẻ, năng động
