• Support marketing communication and branding activities for residential real estate projects. • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to develop marketing materials, videos, sales kits, brochures, and presentations. • Assist in planning and executing project launches, marketing events, and promotional campaigns. • Support media relations, press releases, and real estate award submissions. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing reviews... • Experience in marketing, branding, or sales support within real estate or related industries. • Strong project coordination and communication skills. • Experience working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams. • Good analytical, organizational, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; English communication skills are preferred.
