Mô tả công việc About the Role • Global Success Agency is a young and dynamic agency built for brands that dare to grow, combining sharp strategic thinking with bold creative execution to deliver real impact across Asian markets, and unlock their full potential in the world with fast-evolving landscapes. • We are looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist to join the team working on a large-scale, multi-language website network targeting high-volume search markets across South Asia. • This role requires someone who understands both the strategic and technical sides of SEO, and can bridge the gap between content direction and engineering implementation without needing to be guided through every step. Responsibilities Technical SEO • Implement and troubleshoot SEO-related features directly in WordPress, including plugin configuration, theme customization, and custom code snippets • Read, modify, and verify frontend code (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to ensure correct SEO implementation across the network • Configure and manage SEO-related plugins (Rank Math, Yoast, WP Rocket, Cloudflare, etc.) at a technical level across a large site fleet • Define schema markup structure and manage sitemap architecture for a multi-site, multi-language system • Identify and resolve duplicate content, canonicalization, and pagination issues at scale • Collaborate directly with AI Engineers to integrate SEO requirements into the automation pipeline Keyword & Content Strategy • Research and analyze keywords across multiple markets and languages • Build keyword allocation plans that prevent internal competition across the network • Analyze competitor gaps by content category and market Monitoring & Optimization • Monitor ranking and organic traffic across the network using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, or equivalent • Detect early signs of algorithm updates or manual actions and recommend response actions • Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for the team Yêu cầu ứng viên Requirements Required • Send your English CV for this position • Minimum 2 years of practical SEO experience, with exposure to multi-site or large-scale projects • Able to read, write, and modify HTML, JSON-LD, and basic CSS or PHP in a WordPress environment without relying on a developer • Hands-on experience configuring WordPress at a technical level: plugins, theme files, site architecture • Strong technical SEO fundamentals: schema markup, hreflang, sitemap, crawl budget, Core Web Vitals • Experience building content strategies and keyword plans for competitive market Preferred • Background in web development, computer science, or IT: candidates who transitioned into SEO from a technical field are strongly preferred • Experience with WordPress development: custom themes, child themes, plugin configuration or modification • Basic scripting ability in Python or PHP for automation and data processing tasks • Familiarity with server environments, DNS, hosting configuration, and site deployment workflows • Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale content automation projects • Understanding of multi-language SEO and search behavior in South or Southeast Asian markets Quyền lợi được hưởng What We Value • Solves problems directly without waiting for a developer to handle every technical task • Comfortable operating at the intersection of SEO strategy and hands-on technical implementation • Proactive in identifying issues and opportunities without being directed • Communicates clearly with both engineers and non-technical team members Why Join Us? • Leadership growth & skill development • Competitive salary with performance reviews • Full insurance & healthcare support • Professional, stable environment • Additional benefits per company policy • Pantry with snacks, tea & coffee
