Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Minimum 2–3 years in marketing or similar role in Hotel industry
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, CRM systems, and analytics software.
  • Ability to manage budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
  • Fluent English
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork

Mô tả công việc

  • Assist Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns while overseeing team activities and performance.
  • Assist Marketing Manager in daily operations of the department.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote brands and services, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand image.
  • Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, customer segmentation to identify trends, target markets, and opportunities.
  • Create, edit, and manage marketing content across channels including social media, email, and digital advertising; oversee design and publication of promotional materials.
  • Maintain relationships with management, colleagues, guests, third-party agencies,... to execute marketing strategies effectively.
  • Prepare reports and marketing metrics; provide insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, sponsorships, and advertising initiatives to enhance brand awareness.
  • Report to Marketing Manager.
