- I need one reliable professional who can split their focus evenly between keeping my books up-to-date and expanding my presence on social media.
- On the bookkeeping side you will handle day-to-day accounts payable and receivable, then compile clear financial reports I can review at month-end.
- Accuracy and tidy digital records matter more to me than fancy dashboards, so your workflow should leave an audit trail that is easy for my accountant to trace.
- On the marketing side I want consistent, engaging social media activity that builds brand awareness and drives traffic back to our site. You will plan and post content, monitor engagement, and adjust tactics based on performance insights.
- Produce a concise monthly financial report (P&L and balance snapshot) within three business days of month-end
- Draft a 30-day social media calendar, schedule posts, and supply a brief engagement summary every Friday
- Key deliverables
- Process all incoming and outgoing invoices weekly and flag any discrepancies immediately
- If you already work comfortably with mainstream bookkeeping software and popular social platforms, the setup should be straightforward. Consistent communication and the ability to hit the dates above will be my main success measures.
