• Hands-on video skills: comfortable filming and editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) without relying on an outside crew for everyday content.
• Highly self-directed — able to take a roadmap and run with IT, chasing down stories and people across departments and subsidiaries. • Comfortable working across multiple brands/subsidiaries at once (WHP / PBM–Perfetta) without mixing up tone or message. • A portfolio of past content or video work is required with your application.
