Join Byfas Luxury Silk & Couture Atelier Byfas is a Vietnamese luxury maison where couture craftsmanship, cultural heritage, and refined experiences come together. We are looking for a Brand & Creative Lead to shape our brand voice, visual identity, and digital presence through compelling storytelling and premium creative content. Your Role You will lead the planning and creation of brand content across digital platforms while working closely with the Founder to build both the Byfas brand and Founder brand. Key Responsibilities •   Develop and execute brand content and storytelling strategies. •   Plan and produce premium visual content for social media, website, and campaigns. •   Capture and create behind-the-scenes stories, atelier craftsmanship, collections, client experiences, and cultural projects. •   Lead video production, photography direction, and creative execution. •   Maintain consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints. •   Collaborate with designers, photographers, agencies, and creative partners. What We’re Looking For •   3+ years of experience in Branding, Creative Content, Digital Marketing, or Visual Storytelling. •   Strong portfolio in branding, photography, video, or creative campaigns. •   Excellent video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent). •   Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail. •   Experience with AI creative tools is a plus. •   Fluent Vietnamese; English is an advantage. What We Offer •   Salary: VND 20 - 30 million/month (based on experience). •   Performance bonus. •   Direct collaboration with the Founder. •   Opportunities to work on luxury fashion, cultural, hospitality, and international projects. •   Clear career path toward Brand Manager, Creative Director, or Head of Brand.
