• 2–3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or Integrated Marketing.
• Experience or background in the premium beauty, skincare, health, or wellness industries.
• Prior experience collaborating with KOLs, KOCs, agencies, or content creators.
• Strong visual sense and eye for aesthetics, layout, imagery, social content, and brand consistency.
• Hands-on content capability to write copy, draft video scripts, build creative briefs, and review visual assets.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data into practical actions.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and e-commerce content formats.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Mô tả công việc

• Drive go-to-market strategies and execution for new product launches, updates, and commercial campaigns across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch stages.
• Translate product features and customer insights into product positioning, key messaging, campaign concepts, and communication toolkits.
• Partner with Product, Sales, E-commerce, Creative, and Customer Experience teams to ensure launch readiness and brand message consistency.
• Develop brand copy, scripts, and visual concepts for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, email marketing, livestreams, and e-commerce platforms.
• Create clear creative briefs for designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies, including on-set styling and coordination for beauty shoots.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, KOCs, and agencies while managing seeding plans, creator briefs, content reviews, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct market research, social listening, and customer feedback analysis to identify category trends and content opportunities.
• Manage project timelines, content calendars, launch checklists, and stakeholder communication to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, ROI) and deliver data-driven optimization recommendations.
