Mô tả công việc

• To coordinate the end-to-end operational workflow of Brand Studio, serving as the key liaison between internal teams, Brand Studio and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of artwork, POSM production, distribution and related budget management.
• Design Request & Workflow Coordination
• Act as the key contact point between Brand Studio and internal teams for all artwork and design requests.
• Receive, consolidate and clarify design briefs from relevant teams to ensure all required information is complete before submitting to Brand Studio.
• Coordinate design priorities, timelines and feedback between requesters, Brand Studio and relevant stakeholders.
• Follow up on artwork progress and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.
• Maintain an overview of ongoing design requests and provide regular status updates when required.
• Artwork & Brand Guideline Compliance
• Coordinate the review and confirmation of final design assets from internal & external Parties
• Ensure artwork complies with Brand Guidelines, visual identity and approved communication standards.
• Ensure only approved and final artwork is released for production.
• Brand Studio Asset Library Management
• Manage and maintain the Brand Studio asset library, including artwork, key visuals, templates, POSM files and other brand assets.
• Ensure files are properly organized, updated and easily accessible to relevant teams.
• Maintain proper version control and archive outdated assets when necessary.
• Ensure final approved assets are properly stored for future use and reference.
• POSM Production & Distribution
• Coordinate with printing and production vendors for POSM production, including quotations, specifications, production timelines and delivery schedules.
• Consolidate POSM requirements, specifications and quantities from relevant teams and stores.
• Coordinate the end-to-end POSM production process from artwork handover to final delivery.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure production quality, quantity and timelines meet approved requirements.
• Coordinate POSM distribution and delivery to CDCs and stores.
• Monitor delivery status and resolve or escalate production and delivery issues when necessary.
• Budget & Payment Management
• Build, monitor and manage the Brand Studio printing and production budget.
• Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, payment requests and other supporting documents.
• Maintain proper records of production costs and payment status.
• Support Brand Studio in other operational and administrative activities as assigned by management.
