I need someone who can take full ownership of the copy that will appear in our upcoming product brochures and on our corporate website. The goal is to present clear, accurate, and genuinely informative content that speaks to potential customers in a professional, formal voice. Here’s what I’m expecting: you will start by reviewing any background material I provide and, if needed, hold a brief discovery call to capture our key messages. From there you will draft outlines for both the brochure and the web pages, incorporate my feedback, and then deliver polished copy that is press-ready for print and perfectly formatted for the site. The final hand-off should include: • Brochure copy (Word or Google Docs) prepared for both print layout and downloadable PDF • Website copy (Home, About, Solutions/Services, and Contact pages) in an editable document, with clear section headings that match our current site structure Acceptance criteria: consistent brand language, zero grammar or spelling errors, and messaging that quickly explains our value to first-time visitors. Experience with light SEO optimisation, collaboration with designers, and an eye for layout flow will be highly valued, though the primary focus remains on producing well-structured, informative content that positions us confidently in front of prospective clients.
