Project title China Social Media Manager for Premium Consumer Brand Launch Project description Bitbot is an Italian premium lifestyle brand preparing the international launch of an innovative insulated bottle. We are looking for an experienced China Social Media Manager or specialized agency to create and manage Bitbot’s presence in Mainland China. The selected partner will be responsible for: * creating and professionally configuring the required Chinese social-media accounts; * developing a China-specific social-media and advertising strategy; * adapting Bitbot’s international images, CGI videos and launch materials for the Chinese market; * translating and culturally localizing content into native Simplified Chinese; * producing captions, short videos, static posts, carousels and advertising variations; * publishing and managing content; * managing comments, direct messages and community engagement; * identifying relevant trends, influencers, KOLs and KOCs; * creating and optimizing paid advertising campaigns; * providing weekly performance, community and market-insight reports. The initial platforms should include, where appropriate: * Xiaohongshu / RED; * Douyin; * WeChat Official Account; * Weibo; * other relevant Chinese platforms recommended by the candidate. Bitbot will provide the principal brand strategy, product information, CGI images, videos and approved creative materials. The selected partner must adapt them professionally for Chinese audiences rather than simply translate or repost them. All accounts, advertising assets, audiences, data and content must remain under the ownership and administrative control of Bitbot Life S.r.l. The partner will manage promotion only. Ecommerce-platform administration, order management, payments, logistics, fulfilment and customer-service operations are outside the scope. The China partner will also be required to coordinate with Bitbot’s international social-media agency to ensure consistent global branding and positioning. Required experience Applicants must demonstrate: * native or professional-level Simplified Chinese; * direct experience managing Mainland China social platforms; * experience with premium consumer, lifestyle, design, fashion, beauty or ecommerce brands; * experience with paid advertising in China; * knowledge of KOL/KOC and influencer campaigns; * ability to manage account creation, verification and platform requirements; * strong English communication skills; * weekly reporting and performance analysis. Please provide: 1. examples of Chinese social accounts you currently manage or previously managed; 2. paid-advertising case studies with budget, results and measurable KPIs; 3. the platforms you recommend for Bitbot and why; 4. the requirements for creating and verifying the accounts; 5. your proposed monthly deliverables; 6. your monthly management fee, excluding advertising spend and influencer fees; 7. confirmation of who will personally manage the Bitbot account. Important Generic global social-media experience without direct Mainland China platform experience will not be considered.
