• Marketing experience would be preferable.
• Proven experience working as a packaging designer.
• Experience with market research and product placement advertising.
• Choose appropriate materials for packaging, balancing cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and durability.
• Trend & Market Research:
• Familiarity with various packaging materials.
• Knowledge of consumer packaging health and safety regulations.
• Proficient with 3D design software including CAD or AutoCAD.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, graphic design, art, or a similar field.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English with
• Toeic above 700 (preferably if you know more Japanese)

Mô tả công việc

• Design original packaging concepts in line with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the product and its unique selling points.
• Design execution:
• Create sketches, prototypes, and mockups to test ideas.
• Ensure that the designs meet regulatory and compliance requirements, where applicable.
• Material selection & feasibility:
• Work closely with suppliers to understand material constraints and printing options.
• Quality assurance:
• Ensure that packaging protects the product during shipping, handling, and storage.
• Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and packaging innovations.
• Analyze competitors’ packaging and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Natural talent for design and a keen eye for detail.
