I’m looking for a reliable pair of hands to watch over the inbox for my small clothing label. All messages come through Gmail, and I need you to filter out spam, spot real customer questions, and reply in a warm, friendly tone that matches our brand voice. Top priority is anything to do with returns and exchanges. Those messages need a same-day reply that walks the shopper through our simple return process and reassures them we’ll put things right. Emails about shipping updates, minor sizing questions, or general feedback can wait a little longer, but they should still get a courteous answer within 24 hours. You’ll log in to our Gmail account once in the morning and again near the close of business, draft responses using our templates, and flag anything unusual—such as unusually large orders or potential fraud—for me to handle personally. Deliverables each day: • Inbox fully triaged, with spam deleted and every real customer message labeled. • Friendly, error-free replies sent on all return or exchange requests. • A short summary note in our shared Google Sheet listing any issues that might need my review.
