• CBM Vietnam (a member of SCG Group) is seeking a dynamic and high-potential Marketing Manager – Commercial to lead strategic marketing initiatives across Cement and Building Materials portfolio in Vietnam.
• The role will oversee Brand Strategy, Positioning, Market Development, and Commercial Activation for products such as:
• Structural Cement
• Selected products from SCG International Vietnam (e.g., Kubota and related brands)
• This position is part of our Future Marketing Leader Development Track, preparing the selected candidate to grow into a senior marketing leadership role within SCG Vietnam.
• Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Develop brand positioning strategy for Cement & Building Materials portfolio
• Define target segments (contractor, developer, distributor, modern trade)
• Strengthen brand differentiation in competitive Vietnamese market
• Ensure alignment with SCG regional brand guidelines
• Portfolio & Product Marketing
• Manage product lifecycle and portfolio strategy
• Launch new products and coordinate go-to-market strategy
• Develop value proposition and pricing strategy
• Conduct competitive benchmarking
• Commercial & Trade Marketing
• Drive commercial campaigns to increase market share
• Support sales team with marketing tools & activation programs
• Develop distributor engagement programs
• Monitor promotion effectiveness and ROI
• Market Intelligence & Consumer Insight
• Analyze market trends and construction industry outlook
• Conduct competitor analysis
• Lead customer research and insight generation
