- The brief is simple: position us as a leading voice in commercial real estate so that reporters come to us first for expert insight and commentary.
- I’ll rely on you to pitch, secure, and manage interviews, op-eds, and by-lined articles while keeping me looped in with concise activity and coverage reports (Cision or Meltwater reports are fine).
- If you have a track record of elevating commercial real-estate brands and the editor relationships to match, I’m eager to collaborate and start shaping the narrative.
- Your day-to-day will revolve around developing a thought-leadership roadmap, crafting story angles that resonate with both national business media and niche trade journals, and placing those stories consistently.
- At least two by-lined thought-leadership pieces per month, ready for submission

- A solid contact book—especially across outlets such as GlobeSt, Commercial Observer, Bisnow, the business pages of major dailies, and relevant podcasts or newsletters—is essential.
- Key deliverables include:
- A three-month PR plan outlining themes, target publications, and pitch schedules
- Ongoing media outreach and follow-ups that turn into published placements
- A monthly coverage recap highlighting reach, sentiment, and next steps
