- The role covers the entire content cycle: planning, creation, scheduling, community interaction and performance analysis.
- Content mix
- You’ll be working with a blend of text updates, custom images/graphics and engaging video.
- A 30-day content calendar delivered up front each month
- Weekly performance snapshot and a deeper monthly report pulled from native analytics, Google Analytics and any listening tool you prefer
- Please include recent examples where you achieved similar follower, engagement or traffic results, and mention the primary tools you use (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later, Sprout Social).
- If you can demonstrate strategic thinking—ad-copy hooks, hashtag research or paid-boost suggestions—that will set you apart.

- Tangible uplift in website traffic and in-store footfall traced back to social links
- What success looks like
- Daily posting (or the optimal cadence you recommend) executed via Hootsuite, Buffer or a similar scheduler
- Prompt replies to audience questions and comments, ideally within 24 hours
