• ĀRCA is a premium wellness and longevity ecosystem focused on building modern, science-backed health and beauty experiences.
• We are building our social media presence from the ground up, not as a marketing channel, but as a core part of how the brand is experienced.
• We focus on:
• Clear, educational content (science-backed wellness)
• High-quality visual storytelling
• Aspirational lifestyle positioning
• Product-driven narratives (recovery, longevity tools)
• The Content Creator plays a key role in shaping how ĀRCA shows up across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Working closely with the founder, this role requires both execution and judgment. You are not just producing content, you are helping build and own the content engine.
• Content Creation & Production
• Produce content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (video, reels, posts, stories)
• Handle end-to-end execution (concept → shoot → edit → publish)
• Maintain a clean, premium, and consistent visual style aligned with ĀRCA
• Ensure all content meets a high quality bar (no clutter, no low-quality trend content)
• Content Output & Performance
• Deliver consistent weekly output (minimum 3–5 short-form videos)
• Test and iterate on content formats weekly
• Track and improve key metrics (views, engagement, retention)
• Continuously refine content based on performance insights
• Social Media Development
• Help build ĀRCA’s social presence from early stage
• Develop repeatable and scalable content formats
• Apply principles that drive reach, engagement, and retention
• Balance brand quality with performance-driven content
• Content Judgment & Collaboration
• Apply strong judgment in content quality and brand fit (not trend-driven by default)
• Work closely with the founder/team to align on direction and iterate quickly
• Use tools (including AI where relevant) to improve efficiency while maintaining standards
• Take ownership beyond defined tasks when needed
