• 0.5 - 1+ year of experience in SEO Content, Content Marketing, Social Media, or a related role.
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Understand keyword research, search intent, on-page SEO, and internal linking.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Able to create both long-form SEO content and short-form social content.
• Familiar with TikTok, Reels, and Facebook content formats.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
• Confident using AI tools across the content workflow and able to effectively prompt, review, fact-check, and improve AI-generated content.
• Able to work onsite in Hanoi.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage different content formats.

• SEO Content (Main Focus)
• Research keywords, search intent, competitors, and relevant travel topics.
• Write and optimise SEO content for blogs, landing pages, service pages, and other website content.
• Update existing content to improve rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
• Track SEO performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Use AI tools for research, drafting, editing, and optimisation while ensuring accuracy and content quality.
• Social Media & Short-form Video
• Create content for TikTok mainly, with support for Instagram, Facebook, and other channels.
• Turn services, customer pain points, travel insights, and SEO topics into engaging social content.
• Write ideas, hooks, captions, and scripts for TikTok and Reels.
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools.
• Support simple content shoots when needed.
