• Proven experience as a copywriter or related role
• Experience with SEO is a plus
• Content Creation
• Adapt content for different platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and websites.
• Develop cross-platform content strategies and plan monthly content calendars for each social media platform based on page insights, marketing goals, and feedback from relevant departments.
• Identify new content opportunities based on trends and performance data.
• Social Media Execution
• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and publishing across social media channels.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to ensure content remains relevant.
• Work closely with designers, video creators, and motion editors to develop complete content packages.
• Prepare content briefs with clear objectives, tone of voice, key messages, and platform requirements.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and grammatical correctness.
• Apply SEO best practices to long-form content.
• Monitor, build, and manage social media engagement rates.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and content standards.
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Strong research skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Markeitng (Content, Communications, Journalism, Advertising or related field)
• Create various scripts for sales presentations and other media formats, including MC scripts, sales presentation scripts, testimonial scripts, and interview scripts.
• Engage with audience comments and interactions when needed.
• Collaboration & Production Support
• Support the creative process from ideation through execution.
• Quality & Optimization
