• At least 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, with hands-on experience in social media platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, and LinkedIn.
• University degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and take on other tasks within the Marketing Department.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
• Positive, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Mô tả công việc

• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
• Planning social media/digital marketing campaigns, including organic and advertising channel.
• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all campaigns
• Develop the ideas/concepts and implement all social media campaigns.
• Work with the internal team and external teams in programs to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
• Identify trends and insights’ customers and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Collaborate with agencies, KOL, communities.
• Ability to write contents
• Analyze competitor activities
• Manage a budget for social media activities
