- Must-have: Passionate follower of "Anh Trai Vượt Ngàn Chông Gai" with deep understanding of the contestants, storylines, viral moments, fan culture, memes, and community inside jokes.
- Highly attuned to Gen Z slang, social media culture, and internet trends. Versatile, humorous, and natural writing tone with the ability to trigger emotional connection and audience engagement.
- Sharp social trend sensitivity and deep understanding of platform-specific content nuances
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment during the show's broadcast period.
- Excellent teamwork spirit, with a proactive approach to receiving and implementing feedback from cross-functional team members

- Content Creation & Execution: Ideate and write engaging copy for daily/weekly Social Content Calendars across social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Instagram) for the project
- Real-time Trend Tracking: Actively track real-time show updates, broadcast episodes, contestant interactions, viral moments, inside jokes, and audience sentiment related to "Anh Trai Vượt Ngàn Chông Gai", translating key insights into timely, trend-jacked social content.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal Designers and Account Executives to deliver high-quality copy and visual assets on schedule.
- Creative Brainstorming: Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content series and campaigns that drive active discussions and engagement around the show
