Our core service offerings include full property management at a competitive 15% fee, hotel-grade turnover cleanings, fast-response maintenance, and a specialized review dispute service (with a 90%+ success rate resolving unfair guest reviews).
We cater primarily to real estate investors seeking high returns without operational friction, as well as tired DIY Airbnb hosts overwhelmed by guest management and maintenance.
Project Overview
We recently built a new website, but while the site layout is in place, the written copy is plain, technical, and fails to convert traffic. We need an experienced Conversion Copywriter & CRO Specialist to audit our existing pages and rewrite all site copy.
Your objective is to translate our services into outcome-driven sales messaging that speaks directly to property owners' pain points (maximizing ROI, asset protection, stress-free management, event-driven dynamic pricing).

- Website & Conversion Audit: Identify conversion leaks, weak headlines, confusing messaging, and poor CTA placements across our current site draft.
- Direct-Response Copywriting: Rewrite all primary web pages (Hero sections, Value Propositions, Service Breakdown tables, Review Protection spotlights, FAQs, and CTAs).
- Page Layout & CRO Guidance: Provide clear visual structure notes (via Figma, Google Docs, or Loom) showing where social proof, badges, trust elements, and buttons should be placed for optimal user flow.
- CTA & Micro-Copy Strategy: Draft high-converting calls-to-action that drive property owners to schedule a consultation or request a revenue projection.
- Deliverables Required
- Full Copy Deck (Google Doc): Polished, conversion-focused copy organized section-by-section for each web page.
- CRO & Layout Wireframe Notes: Clear structural instructions for our Web Developer to seamlessly implement the new text and visual hierarchy.
- Strategy & Kickoff Session: 1 call to align on customer personas, tone of voice, and competitive positioning within the short-term rental market.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Direct-response conversion copywriting experience (real estate, hospitality, or property management experience is a strong plus).
- Proven understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), visual hierarchy, and sales flow structure.
- Ability to craft direct, benefit-driven copy that turns complex property management services into clear value propositions.
- Strong communication skills to provide actionable layout notes to our technical developer.
