• Insight-led idea development & creative writing (35%)
• Study consumer insight and brand strategy, then translate them into content concepts and copy that are on-strategy and on-brand
• Develop ideas, build concepts, and write scripts for short-form video, social posts, and content campaigns in a hook - body - CTA structure
• Write across formats: captions, scripts, branding, engagement, and sales content tailored to each platform
• Trend research & algorithm optimization (25%)
• Track and analyze content trends on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
• Analyze algorithm shifts; apply insights to content structure, hooks, and formats
• Maximize organic reach and engagement through continuous optimization
• AI content & AI workflow (20%)
• Proficiently use AI content tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Kling, Pika, HeyGen
• Apply AI workflows to accelerate and elevate the content production process
• Propose and standardize the AI content pipeline for the team
• Account & cross-team collaboration (10%)
• Work with the account/client team to take briefs, align on brand strategy, and manage feedback and revision cycles
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and production to build concepts fit for each campaign and keep content consistent with brand identity
