About the job
We need a video editor to produce short (30–1.30 second) faceless Instagram/ TikTok videos on a fixed template, at volume. This is not filming or presenting — it's assembling a consistent template with new data each time (property details, one data point, a short script we provide).
What you'll be working from
A fixed intro clip and sign-off card (provided, reused every video)
A short script per video (hook line, reveal line, context line — we provide the text)
A background asset per video: either a property photo or a short screen-recording of a document (we provide, or describe how to source)
A locked visual style guide (colours, type, layout) to keep every video consistent
What you'll deliver
1080×1920 vertical video, 15–22 seconds, captioned
Consistent look every time — same intro/outro, same on-screen text style
Fast turnaround: this is a daily-volume job, not a one-off production
Ideal candidate
Experience with fast, templated social content (not cinematic production)
Comfortable working from a fixed brief/template rather than creative direction each time
Can turn around each video quickly — we're aiming for a same-day or next-day process once data is supplied
Bonus: experience with CapCut, Premiere templates, or similar batch-editing workflows
Volume & rate
Starting volume: 5–10 videos/day (pilot phase)
Rate: USD $10 per video for Format A (15–22 sec, template-based)
A separate, higher rate applies for occasional longer-form videos (60–90 sec walkthroughs) — happy to discuss per job
How we'll work together
We'll supply a daily batch of scripts + assets
You turn around the assembled videos on a same/next-day basis
We're looking to trial this with a small batch first (5–10 videos) before committing to an ongoing daily arrangement
