We're looking for a diagnostic specialist who can jump into a live campaign and figure out why it's not performing — without asking me why. You'll investigate the website, the ads, the tracking, the funnel, and the Ad’s execution — and deliver a solution. You are not: · A general marketer · A strategist who needs a brief · Someone who asks "why isn't this working?" · A handholder You are: · A diagnostician · Someone who finds the bottleneck · Someone who works with the performance marketer, not replaces them · Someone who delivers a fix, not a question --- What You'll Do: Action Why Investigate the full funnel Website, ads, tracking, sign-up flow, conversion Diagnose the exact issue Find the bottleneck — not the excuse Work with the performance marketer Collaborate, not micromanage Deliver a solution PDF report with clear steps to fix Move fast The moment you're called, you jump in --- What You Won't Do: Ask me why it's not working That's your job to figure out Need handholding You're self-sufficient Blame the ads specialist You work with them Wait You move immediately --- What You Deliver: Item Why Diagnosis What's broken Solution How to fix it Implementation plan Who does what --- Who This Is For: · You've diagnosed SaaS funnels before · You understand Facebook Ads, tracking, and conversion psychology · You can look at a campaign and spot the weak link · You don't need direction — you need a problem --- Important: You will be given access to everything you need — website, ad account, tracking, funnel.
