Mô tả công việc

• Your main responsibility will be to contact clinics and businesses, introduce AX Media, explain our website service briefly, identify interested prospects, and book a demo or meeting for our sales team.
• You will not be expected to handle the complete sales process. Your primary goal is to generate genuine interest and arrange a qualified appointment.
• Work Requirements
• Remote / Work from Home
• Approximately 3–5 hours of work per day
• 26 working days per month
• Daily target: approximately 50–150 calls
• Initial 5–7 days: you may need to find relevant business leads yourself and make calls from your own phone number.
• After the initial training and evaluation period, AX Media will provide a dedicated Telegram communication channel and lead sheets for your work.
• Calling scripts, training material, objection-handling resources, and work instructions will be provided.
• Payment
• This is a performance-based commission role.
• You will receive 20% of the agreed commissionable amount for every successfully closed deal generated through your qualified appointment, according to AX Media's deal and attribution terms.
• For example, if your successful deals generate an average commission of ₹4,000 per deal for you, then 10 successful deals would result in approximately ₹40,000 in earnings.
• Actual earnings depend on the number of qualified appointments, successful conversions, and the value of the deals. There is no fixed earning guarantee.
