- We are an established licensed construction company in the Sacramento/Placer County, California area looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to help modernize and improve our existing website and increase the number of qualified leads we receive online.
- Help improve website speed and overall user experience.
- Please send us examples of websites you have improved and examples of SEO, Google Ads or Meta/Facebook campaigns you have personally managed.
- Whether you personally handle website work, SEO, Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram advertising or whether other people on your team perform some of those services.
- What you would charge for the initial website/SEO setup and improvements.
- What you would charge monthly for ongoing SEO.
- What you would charge monthly to manage Google Ads.
- What you would charge monthly to manage Facebook/Instagram Ads.

- We specialize in decorative concrete, stained concrete, epoxy flooring, concrete countertops, remodeling, kitchens and bathrooms, ADUs, general construction, outdoor living and other specialty construction services.
- We are not looking to simply make the website look prettier. Our goal is to improve the website, improve our Google presence, and generate actual phone calls, estimate requests and qualified construction leads.
- We would like someone who can help us with:
- Modernize the website while keeping the personality and branding of our company.
- Improve the mobile version of the website.
- Improve our service pages and create additional service pages where needed.
- Make sure phone calls, contact forms and quote requests are properly tracked as conversions.
- Create and/or manage Facebook and Instagram/Meta advertising.
- Help write ad headlines, descriptions and marketing copy.
- Help determine which of our services should be advertised and which markets/areas we should target.
- Set up Meta Pixel/Google conversion tracking as needed.
