- Our property management brand is ready to step up its online presence and I need a digital promoter who can take charge of two key arenas: social media and search engines. The goal is simple—drive qualified landlord and tenant leads while reinforcing trust in our services.
- You’ll produce a mix of striking images, short-form videos and well-researched articles or blog posts, then schedule and publish them at peak times.
- For search, you’ll apply on-page SEO best practices and manage paid campaigns so our listings stay visible when prospects type in phrases like “reliable property manager near me.”
- Monthly content calendar covering all three social channels
- Two short videos per month optimised for reels/stories
- Set-up and ongoing tuning of Google Ads (or similar) with conversion tracking
- Performance report at month-end highlighting reach, clicks, conversions and next-step recommendations
- If you’re fluent in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads and basic analytics tools, we’ll work well together.

- Success will be measured by growth in qualified leads and improved ranking/CTR on relevant keywords.
