Mô tả công việc

• As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you will own the creator acquisition process from start to finish.
• Research and identify relevant creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Focus on niches including:
• Gaming
• Side hustles & making money online
• Finance
• Lifestyle
• Rewards & earning apps
• Mobile apps
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential creators
• Reach out to creators through direct messages, email, creator marketplaces, and other channels
• Pitch HashDash's apps and negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms
• Manage creator campaigns from initial outreach through content delivery and payment
• Coordinate campaign briefs and ensure creators understand the required messaging and deliverables
• Monitor content performance, including views, engagement, clicks, installs, and overall acquisition
• Identify high-performing creators and negotiate repeat campaigns
• Build a long-term roster of reliable, high-performing creators
• Continuously test new creators, niches, content formats, and acquisition strategies
• Work closely with the team to optimize campaigns based on performance data
• Performance-Based Compensation
• Base Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month, depending on experience and skill level.
• On top of your base salary, you'll have the opportunity to earn significant performance incentives.
• Incentives may include:
• Creator Onboarding Bonus — earn for successfully onboarding creators who publish content
• Performance Bonuses — additional bonuses when creator content reaches defined engagement milestones
• Install-Based Incentives — earn based on verified app installs generated through your creators
• Monthly Target Bonuses — additional rewards for achieving monthly acquisition targets
• High-Performance Bonuses — additional upside for consistently delivering exceptional results
• Expected Earnings
• A strong performer can realistically earn:
• ₹30,000–₹60,000+ per month
• There is no fixed ceiling on performance incentives. The more quality creators you bring in and the more genuine users they generate, the more you can earn.
• This is a role where your compensation grows with the results you deliver.

• Willing to experiment, test new approaches, and learn quickly
• Comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions
