Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Good sense of creativity, storytelling, and social media trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
- Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.

- We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Employer Branding Intern to join Stavian GLOBAL with the following criteria & work:
- This position focuses primarily on employer branding initiatives to strengthen our company’s image as an employer of choice, while supporting the recruitment process across various functions.
- 1.Employer Branding (80%)
- Assist in planning and executing employer branding campaigns across social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Create and manage content (articles, visuals, videos) that highlight company culture, people stories, and workplace values.
- Support campus recruitment and career event activities, including logistics, communication materials, and post-event reports.
- Conduct market research and benchmark top employers to identify creative EB trends and ideas.
- Collaborate with the PR & Marketing and HR teams to ensure a consistent brand message and visual identity.
- Talent Acquisition (20%)
- Maintain candidate database, and update recruitment reports.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
