• Ability to use Canva and CapCut, along with familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for content creation, is a plus
• Final-year student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Journalism, or a related field
• Good listening skills, quick to grasp issues, and eager to learn
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, proactive, with strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
• An interest in pursuing a career path in Employer Branding/Internal Communications is a strong advantage

Mô tả công việc

• Create and execute content and visuals across Techvify channels (LinkedIn, Fanpage, Job Boards) and social groups to attract potential candidates.
• Propose ideas and create diverse content formats (articles, visuals, reels/short videos) featuring employee testimonials, company life, and workplace culture.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events (Job Fairs, Workshops, Career Talks, etc.)
• Stay updated on content trends and propose new creative ideas for communication activities
• Support other recruitment/communication-related tasks as assigned by the manager
