About Us: Kunaic Mart is a premium supermarket in Gurgaon specializing in fresh Fruits & Vegetables, Grocery, Exotic Produce, and Healthy Living products. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented freelance marketing professional to help us grow our online and offline presence. Responsibilities * Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Instagram, Facebook & Google. * Create monthly content calendars. * Write engaging captions and marketing copy. * Coordinate with our video editor and graphic designer. * Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. * Run WhatsApp marketing campaigns. * Improve Google Business Profile visibility and customer reviews. * Develop local marketing strategies for societies, RWAs, and nearby corporate offices. * Analyze campaign performance and share weekly reports. * Suggest new ideas to increase footfall and online orders. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing. * Experience with retail, grocery, food, or FMCG brands preferred. * Strong understanding of Instagram growth, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and local SEO. * Basic knowledge of Canva and AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) is a plus. * Excellent communication skills. Deliverables * 12–15 social media posts/reels per month. * Weekly marketing plan. * Monthly campaign report with KPIs. * Ad campaign optimization. * Local promotion strategy.
