I run a fast-growing marketing agency that sells performance-driven digital marketing services (think SEO, PPC and social media packages). My calendar is filling with qualified prospects who have already expressed interest; what I need now is a confident closer who can jump on 30- to 45-minute Zoom or phone calls, guide the conversation, and secure the signature. Here’s what the assignment looks like: you’ll receive pre-booked meetings on your calendar, use your own proven sales framework to uncover pain points, present our digital solutions and move the prospect to a clear yes or no before the call ends. Every call must conclude with detailed notes entered into our spreadsheet so I can track pipeline health and fulfill smoothly. Compensation is a hybrid: solid base pay for your time plus a healthy commission percentage on every deal you bring across the finish line, so your earnings grow with your results. Success factors • Fluent, confident English—our audience is primarily UK decision makers. • Demonstrated experience closing service-based offers in the £500-£1500k range. • Comfortable discussing SEO, PPC, social media and the ROI of digital campaigns (no need to execute them, just sell them). • Reliable, professional video presence and the ability to run your own follow-ups when needed. Acceptance criteria I’ll consider the engagement a win when you consistently hit a 33% close rate (or better) on the qualified calls provided, with accurate spreadsheet updates and zero complaints about communication clarity.
