About the Agency
Stargazing Talent & Casting is a Hanoi-based talent and casting agency connecting models, content creators, performers, and promotional talent with businesses, brands, photographers, production companies, and creative projects.
We are currently expanding our talent network and looking for professional, confident, and reliable female models and content creators for upcoming paid assignments in Hanoi.
Previous professional modeling experience is not required. Applicants will be considered based on their appearance, personality, confidence, reliability, and suitability for each individual project.
Types of Work
Successful applicants may be offered opportunities involving:
Fashion, beauty, and lifestyle photography
Social media advertisements and promotional videos
Hotel, restaurant, tourism, and hospitality content
Fitness, wellness, and beauty campaigns
Product photography and demonstrations
Brand advertisements and commercial content
Music videos and creative productions
Promotional events and public appearances
Applicants are free to accept or decline individual projects depending on their availability and comfort level.

- Applicants will receive the relevant project details, expected responsibilities, location, schedule, payment, clothing requirements, and content-usage information before accepting a booking.
- Female and aged 18 or over
- Currently based in Hanoi or able to travel within Hanoi
- Comfortable being photographed and filmed
- Confident, reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a creative team
- Vietnamese and international applicants are welcome
- All nationalities, appearances, heights, and body types will be considered
- Payment and Bookings
- This is a freelance, project-based position rather than guaranteed full-time employment.
- Payment will vary depending on:
- Length and complexity of the assignment
- Travel requirements
- Clothing, styling, or preparation requirements
- There are no registration fees or upfront application charges.
- Basic English is helpful but not required for every project

- Attend agreed photoshoots, video productions, events, or promotional assignments
- Follow the project brief and reasonable direction from photographers, directors, or clients
- Arrive punctually and prepared for each booking
- Communicate professionally with the agency and project team
- Inform the agency promptly about availability or scheduling changes
- Represent the agency and client professionally during assignments
- Follow agreed clothing, styling, hair, and makeup requirements
- Maintain professional conduct while on set or at events
