Mô tả công việc
- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual content for digital marketing campaigns.
- You will create engaging graphics, advertising creatives, landing page visuals, and short-form videos that support B2B lead generation across global markets while collaborating closely with the Marketing and Performance teams.
- Design digital marketing materials for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.
- Create social media graphics, banners, landing page visuals, and promotional materials.
- Edit short-form advertising videos for digital campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign briefs and marketing objectives.
- Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Ensure all creative assets follow brand guidelines and platform specifications.
- Collaborate with marketers, content creators, and performance teams to deliver effective campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices.
- Continuously improve creative performance based on campaign insights and feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Creative Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma; CapCut is a plus.
- Understanding of digital advertising creatives and social media design for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills are highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A portfolio showcasing your design and video editing work is required.
