Growth & Community Manager — Vietnam

• We're hiring a Growth & Community Manager to lead candidate acquisition and engagement for job seekers and professionals using our platform. You'll build the channels, partnerships, and campaigns that bring the right candidates in and help them move from interest to real job applications.
• Identify and reach relevant candidate audiences through professional communities, content, and partnerships, including Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn groups, and alumni or career networks.
• Build referral programs and community partnerships that bring in quality candidates.
• Turn job opportunities into clear, engaging content tailored to different audiences and channels.
• Improve the journey from candidates discovering a job to completing their application, working closely with the product team.
• Test and refine acquisition channels, tracking cost and candidate quality, not just reach.
• Collaborate with the recruitment partnerships team to keep promoted roles accurate and current.
• 3-5 years of experience in user growth, community operations, recruitment marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building an acquisition channel, community, or user base from an early stage.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese job seekers and professional communities.
• Fluent Vietnamese, professional working proficiency in English.
• Comfortable working directly with users and solving problems in a fast-moving, resource-limited environment.
