• 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Experience conducting A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Strong analytical mindset with a high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools
• Required
• Strong written English — able to edit AI-generated content to a professional standard and communicate clearly in an international team
• Organized and self-directed — able to manage multiple platforms and deadlines independently
• Experience at a B2B tech startup, SaaS, or AI-adjacent product company
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SQL or programming concepts related to advanced tracking/tagging
• Genuine interest in AI, developer tools, or the tech/cloud computing space

Mô tả công việc

• We are hiring a Growth/Performance Marketing Specialist (Mid-level) to drive scalable marketing performance and optimize user acquisition strategies for our clients, Meganova.ai and Swan Cloud.
• In this role, you will focus heavily on improving acquisition efficiency, advanced analytics, tracking set-up, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization.
• The core of this role is growth: leveraging data to maximize ROI, building performance dashboards, and executing scalable marketing processes.
• You will work closely with our local creative/design team and collaborate asynchronously with our Canada-based marketing lead to scale international acquisition channels.
• Growth Strategy & Paid Acquisition
• Develop and execute data-driven growth and customer acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bidding strategies, CPA/CAC, and ROAS to maximize marketing efficiency
• Identify new growth opportunities and continuously improve acquisition funnels
• Analytics & Tracking
• Own the implementation and maintenance of GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and other marketing tracking tools
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and data integrity across all marketing channels
• Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and funnel metrics to generate actionable insights
• Experimentation & Conversion Optimization
• Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests for landing pages, ad creatives, messaging, and user journeys
• Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives based on performance data
• Collaborate with designers and content marketers to continuously improve creative and landing page performance
• Reporting & Collaboration
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards using Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
• Prepare structured weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Work closely with the Canada-based team through Teams, Notion, email, and video meetings
• Proactively identify performance issues, growth opportunities, and recommend data-driven improvements
