• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across MarTech, Personalisation, Data & Analytics, Governance, and Marketing Operations.
• Drive team capability development, talent management, workforce planning, and a high-performing team culture.
• Work closely with HQ functional leaders and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, alignment, and delivery of business priorities.
• Partner across Business and Technology functions to drive digital marketing and marketing technology initiatives
• 10–15 years of relevant experience, with strong experience in people and team management.
• Proven experience managing medium to large teams, ideally 30+ employees with multiple direct reports.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in working with senior stakeholders across different functions and countries.
• Excellent English communication skills and confidence working directly with Foreign stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing, MarTech and Marketing Operations; experience with areas such as Personalisation, Customer Data Platform, Data & Analytics is preferred.
• Strong ability to understand reports and dashboards, derive insights, and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Experience in building or scaling a capability centre / shared services / regional operations team is a plus.
• Candidates with international exposure, including overseas study or work experience, are highly preferred.
