- Required Tools and Experience
- Experience creating content for beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle or product-based brands is strongly preferred. After Effects, Procreate, illustration or mixed-media animation experience is a bonus.
- We’re launching a new B2B beauty brand and looking for a highly creative Instagram Reels editor and visual content designer.
- Your role will include developing visual concepts, editing footage, creating graphics and animation, selecting sounds and directing the movements or shots needed to make each idea work.
- This is an editing and visual content creation role, rather than an account-management role. Posting, scheduling, community engagement and analytics are not part of the position.
- We need someone who understands how to make content feel current, stylish and impossible to scroll past. Creativity is a must: strong hooks, movement, trending sounds, unexpected transitions, playful visual details and intentional pacing.
- No boring edits allowed.
- Creative Instagram Reel editing
- Original visual concepts based on provided content briefs
- Consistent visual quality across an ongoing content series
- The work must feel custom and concept-driven—not like generic CapCut templates, caption-only videos or standard beauty content.
- Advanced CapCut editing
- You will take raw footage, brand direction and educational information and transform them into polished, imaginative short-form videos using CapCut and Canva Pro.

- Sound synchronized with gestures, cuts and visual changes

- Color correction and polished finishing
