Title: Book Marketing & Reviewer Outreach Assistant for Indie Horror Novel Description: I’m an independent author seeking a part-time marketing assistant for my recently released supernatural/analog-horror novel, Hollowmarch. The initial work will include: * Researching active horror reviewers, Bookstagram, BookTok, blogs, newsletters, and written-interview opportunities * Confirming that prospective contacts accept indie books * Checking public AI-content policies before outreach * Preparing personalized email pitches from an approved template * Maintaining a spreadsheet of contacts, responses, follow-ups, and review-copy requests * Identifying promotional opportunities that do not require live speaking or appearing on camera * Optionally scheduling approved Instagram and TikTok posts Important: AI was used collaboratively during portions of the drafting and revision process and in developing the cover imagery. The author made the final creative and editorial decisions. Applicants must be comfortable representing this transparently and must screen prospects for compatible policies before contacting them. This is not a request for paid or guaranteed reviews. I’m looking for legitimate outreach to reviewers who retain complete editorial independence. Please include: 1. Any experience marketing fiction, particularly horror, dark fantasy, or speculative fiction 2. An example outreach campaign or contact tracker you have managed 3.
