- Experience managing social media for a brand or business
- Video Editing Experience with CapCut
- This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create engaging content, build community, and manage moving pieces well.
- Manage day-to-day social media support across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Edit and publish short-form videos, Stories, and social posts
- Track work and updates clearly in ClickUp or similar tools
- Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video content
- Project management tools is a plus
- Strong written English

- Write captions and help maintain a clear, consistent brand voice
- Support influencer and ambassador outreach, follow-up, gifting, and tracking
- Respond to comments and DMs in a warm, professional way
- Provide light daytime customer support coverage when needed
