• As a start-up formed in 2020, we have created a fast-paced and dynamic environment, enabling our people to reach a cumulative average growth rate of over 900% in just under 4 years.
• Our mission now is to build direct-to-consumer brands and increase customer LTV.
• We are looking for a Partner Acquisition Specialist to build and grow our global network of content partners: UGC models worldwide and product studios in China.
• They produce the video footage behind our fashion product lines.
• You will scout and recruit new partners at scale, get them onboarded onto our platform quickly, and keep partner administration running smoothly.
• Partner Scouting & Recruitment:
• Proactively source and recruit UGC model partners worldwide who match our creative briefs, through social media, creator marketplaces, online communities and referrals.
• Source and recruit product demonstration studios in China, evaluating their portfolio, capability and rates.
• Run high-volume outreach and consistent follow-up to hit monthly partner acquisition targets.
• Maintain a healthy partner pipeline and backup bench so production never stalls.
• Partner Onboarding:
• Guide new partners through onboarding onto Crossian's platform using our existing guides, video tutorials and step-by-step process.
• Act as the first point of contact for partner questions, escalating technical issues to the right team.
• Follow up on partners' first deliveries so they become productive quickly.
• Partner Administration:
• Present and explain our partnership contract terms and secure partner agreement and signatures.
• Coordinate partner payments with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Keep the partner database and records up to date.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, International Business, Marketing, Communication, HR or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, KOL/influencer/creator partnerships, casting, or a similar outbound role.
• Proven track record of high-volume outreach with measurable results.
• Excellent English, written and spoken (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent). Mandarin is a plus.
• Fluent with LinkedIn, social platforms and creator marketplaces; proficient in Google Sheets or a CRM; comfortable using AI tools to work faster.
• A good eye for on-camera talent and content quality.
• Resilient, persistent and highly organized, with the flexibility to work some evening hours to connect with partners across time zones.
• Experience recruiting UGC creators for US-market DTC brands is a strong plus.
