I need a creative partner who can fully run my Instagram presence and keep it buzzing with life. The account needs a steady stream of fresh image, video, and text posts, all crafted to spark conversations and meaningful interactions—boosting engagement is the sole metric that matters to me right now. Here’s how I picture the workflow: • You develop a rolling content calendar, mapping out story ideas, feed images, short-form reels, and caption concepts at least two weeks in advance so we can quickly align on themes and tone. • You design the visuals (Photoshop, Canva, or your preferred tool), edit the videos, write catchy captions and relevant hashtags, then schedule everything inside Meta Business Suite or Later. • You monitor comments and DMs, jump into discussions in a friendly, on-brand voice, and share concise weekly reports on reach, saves, shares, and engagement rate so we can see what’s resonating and refine fast. Acceptance criteria 1. Minimum of five high-quality posts per week: a balanced mix of image, video, and text formats. 2. All assets aligned with my existing brand guidelines and color palette (I’ll share those files on kickoff). 3. Engagement rate shows a clear upward trend over the first 30 days, demonstrated in your weekly reports.
