- We're an Australian property advisory business (buyers agency + property intelligence reports) looking for someone to grow our Instagram account the right way — real engagement and reach, not vanity numbers.
- We already produce video content regularly (AI avatar + UGC style), so this role is about strategy, posting, and growth — not starting from zero.
- A content calendar and posting strategy using our existing video content (plus your ideas for new content)
- Hashtag/SEO and Reels strategy to grow reach
- Weekly or fortnightly reporting on followers, reach, and engagement
- Requests for our account password — we'll add you as a collaborator/admin via Meta Business Suite or a scheduling tool (Later, Metricool, Buffer)
- Understands the current Instagram algorithm and Reels-first strategy
- Reports on data, not just "vibes"

- Captions, hooks, and CTAs written for an Australian property-investor audience
- Genuine audience engagement (comments/DMs)
- What we will NOT accept:
- Purchased or fake followers
- Ideal seller:
- Proven results growing real estate, finance, or professional services accounts (please share case studies with real metrics)
- Comfortable with Australian business tone — professional but approachable
- 2–3 examples of accounts you've grown organically, with metrics
- Your approach for the first 30 days
- Whether this is a one-off gig or ongoing package, and your pricing for each
- Confirmation you don't use follow/unfollow or bot-based tactics
- This is intended as an ongoing engagement (weekly/monthly), not a one-off gig, for the right fit.
