I need a skilled researcher-outreach specialist to build a pipeline of Instagram creators who sit between 20 K and 500 K followers and demonstrate strong, authentic engagement. Any niche works as long as the audience is real and the numbers hold up under scrutiny. Here’s the flow I’d like you to handle: • Locate creators/pages within the follower window and record their handle, follower count, niche and location (if public). • Verify engagement quality by checking ratios, comment authenticity and recent growth patterns, using your preferred mix of manual review and audit tools such as HypeAuditor, Social Blade or similar. • Prepare a shareable spreadsheet that includes engagement rate, notable audience insights and a short note on why each profile passed your authenticity test. • Initiate first contact with each approved creator via DM or email, outline a potential collaboration and log their response, media kit, quoted rates or any other useful details. Deliverables will be accepted when the list contains only accounts with verifiable organic reach, each entry includes the requested metrics, and creator replies are tracked clearly. When you bid, briefly outline comparable projects you’ve completed, the tools you rely on and the volume you can comfortably produce per week.
