Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Experience editing content for yoga, wellness, fitness, motherhood, women's health, therapists, coaches or lifestyle/personal brands is a major plus.
  • I'm looking for a creative short-form video editor to work with us on Instagram Reels for a women's wellness and yoga brand.
  • This is not the typical fast-cut, flashy, over-edited Reel style.
  • We're looking for someone who understands soft, premium, warm and emotionally engaging content while still knowing how to make a Reel perform on Instagram.
  • Clean, elegant editing
  • Minimal editing when the footage needs room to breathe
  • Ability to make people and emotions the focus of the Reel
  • We want an editor who can take this information and bring their own creative judgement to the execution, rather than needing frame-by-frame instructions.
  • We'll shortlist a few editors and give each shortlisted candidate the same raw footage for a paid test edit.
  • The purpose is to find an editor whose natural editing style aligns with the brand.
  • Editing software you use
  • Important: Please don't send a huge portfolio. I'd rather see your 3 best relevant edits than 50 unrelated videos.
  • We're looking for someone with taste, restraint and storytelling ability, not the person who uses the most effects.

  • Your portfolio or 3–5 of your best Instagram Reels
  • Your price per Reel (approximately 30–60 seconds)
  • Your monthly rate for 8 Reels

  • Những cam kết kéo dài nhiều tháng rất khó rút lui khi có trục trặc — thay vì dồn toàn bộ thù lao về cuối hợp đồng, hãy thoả thuận nhận lương theo tuần hoặc theo từng đợt bàn giao để rủi ro luôn ở mức chịu được.
