Looking for an Ongoing Instagram & Social Media Manager for Luxury Real Estate I'm a top-producing luxury real estate agent in Miami, Florida, and I'm looking for someone to take over the day-to-day management of my Instagram. This is **not** just a graphic design job—I need someone who can become part of my marketing team and keep my social media active, engaging, and consistent. About Me * Luxury real estate agent with Compass * Specialize in luxury homes, waterfront properties, off-market opportunities, and local neighborhood expertise * Personal brand is professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and authentic * I already have my branding, logos, colors, fonts, and plenty of photos and videos. What I Need I need someone who can: * Create beautiful Instagram posts, reels, stories, and carousel posts * Write engaging captions that sound like me * Create graphics that match my existing brand * Edit short-form videos and reels * Suggest content ideas each week * Schedule and post daily * Keep my Instagram active and consistent * Increasing followers * Repurpose content across Facebook and LinkedIn when appropriate * Stay current on Instagram trends and recommend ways to increase engagement organically Ideal Candidate * Experience with luxury real estate marketing * Strong English writing skills * Excellent graphic design skills (Canva, Edits, Cap Cut etc) * Strong video editing abilities * Understands Instagram/Tik Tok growth strategies * Organized, proactive, and able to work independently * Excellent communication * Available for long-term ongoing work What I'll Provide * Professional photos * Videos, Photos - Casual Daily * Property photos and videos * Brand guidelines from Compass * Logos * Access to Canva if needed * Listing information * Ideas, voice notes, and occasional video clips My Goal I want someone who can take this almost completely off my plate. I don't want to have to tell you what to post every day. I'd like someone who understands my business, learns my brand, and proactively creates content that keeps me consistently visible and positions me as the luxury real estate expert in my market.
