Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Write and edit content related to rooms, dining, spa, events, guest experiences and others
- Content & Creative
- Support professional photo and video shoots, including on-site coordination
- Create photos and short-form videos for social media and internal use
- Social Media
- Take ownership of assigned sections within the monthly marketing plan and report
- Plan, prepare, and execute social media content across all owned channels
- Digital Support
- Develop creative EDM content and support website updates, including images, copy, and basic layout adjustments.
- Assist the Digital team in checking and updating on-site digital systems, including screens, in-room displays, and information panels
- Ensure accuracy and freshness across all on-property digital touchpoints
- Host and support media, KOLs, and influencers during on-property visits
- Actively identify and engage suitable influencers to generate organic content
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the PR Manager or Director of Marketing & Communications

- Your day-to-day
- Contribute to mood board and storyboard brainstorming with the Marketing team
- Proofread advertising copy, collateral, and press materials before release
- Monitor online guest sentiment and escalate issues to the Marketing or PR lead
- Brand & Collateral Management
- Maintain and audit on-site marketing collateral, coordinate brand-standard materials, and ensure brand guidelines compliance across all visual and written assets
- PR, Media & Influencers
- Maintain and regularly update the resort media and influencer database
- Guest & Team Support
- Act as a visible and approachable Marketing representative at the resort
- Attend daily morning briefings and assigned internal meetings on behalf of the Marketing team
- Support guest-facing moments when assistance is required
- Contribute during peak periods and ad-hoc situations requiring team support
- Other Duties
- Support cross-team needs during high-pressure or time-sensitive situations
